Even though it’s still a few weeks away: our team is taking a short break over the holidays. So that you can plan ahead, here is all the important information about our Christmas holiday.
Our practice is closed
📅 Thursday, 24 December 2026, up to and including Sunday, 3 January 2027
- Our last treatment day before the holiday is Wednesday, 23 December – on this day we are only open until 1 pm.
- From Monday, 4 January 2027, we will be there for you as usual.
Plan your appointments in good time
Experience shows that appointments before the holidays fill up quickly – and the first weeks of January are well booked too. If you would like an appointment before or right after the holiday, it’s best to get in touch now: by phone on +49 9602 9207489 or via our online booking. It also works during our holiday – so you can secure an appointment for the new year at any time.
Do you have a doctor’s prescription?
A prescription for podiatry usually has to be started within 28 days of being issued. If you receive a new prescription shortly before Christmas, please call us as soon as possible so that we can schedule your first appointment in time. More on this in our FAQ.
What to do with acute complaints?
If you have an inflammation, an open wound or severe pain in your foot during our holiday, please contact your GP or the medical on-call service on 116 117. This applies especially if you have diabetes – injuries to the foot should always be checked by a doctor promptly. Tips for checking your feet daily can be found in our guide Diabetic foot.
